- Scoops were observed to be in the sugar and oatmeal bulk supply containers. Operator on-site removed scoops and noted that they do not typically keep scoops in the bulk supply.

- A can of ketchup was observed to have a dent near the seam of the can. This was discussed with the operator on-site, and due to the location of the dent the can was pulled from the shelves.

- There were soap bubbles present in the sanitizer solution. Staff stated that someone placed the cleaning cloth in the sanitizer bucket. The staff member discarded the soap solution and made a fresh sanitizer solution. As discussed with staff during the inspection, mixing soap and bleach can be dangerous. Please ensure that cleaning and sanitizing are completed as a 2-step process. As discussed with kitchen staff,

- Diversey Stride Citrus Neutral Cleaner was being used as the surface sanitizer. The sanitizer label was reviewed and contained the statement "not intended for cleaning food contact surfaces" & "all food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water after contact with this product". Facility removed the cleaner spray bottles during the inspection and has bleach available to use for surface sanitization. A sample supply of chlorine test strips was provided to the operator during the inspection. Operator will be required to purchase additional chlorine test strips for the purpose of monitoring sanitizer solution strength.
