      • Observation: Floor in the back food prep area by the deep fat fryers is damaged. Surfaces in the facility must be smooth, impervious to moisture, easy to clean, durable and free of crack, breaks and damage.
      • Corrective Action: Floor in the back food prep area in front of the cook line must be repaired or refinished to provide a surface that's smooth, impervious to moisture, easy to clean, durable and free of crack, breaks and damage.

      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Temperature of the deli walk-in cooler did not go below 4°C during the inspection. Deli meats and other potentially hazardous foods were being stored in the cooler at the time of inspection.
      • Corrective Action: Deli walk-in cooler must not be used for the storage of perishable and potentially hazardous foods until such time as it's repaired and can maintain foods at or below 4°C. During the inspection, foods moved from this cooler to the dairy cooler which was found to be maintaining a temperature of less than 4°C.
