     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff member stated scoops were washed with a solution made with a packet of sanitizer, air dried, and then wiped dry.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • Scoops (and other food equipment) should be:
     • 1. Washed - with soap and water
     • 2. Rinsed - with clean water
     • 3. Sanitized - with the sanitizer packet (labelling states it is 100ppm if diluted properly). Leave equipment in sanitizer solution for 2 minutes.
     • 4. Air dry. Do NOT wipe dry.
