- 1) Significant mouse droppings were noted throughout the warehouse, particularly at locations WU045-50 and WL345-350, where both seeds and droppings were present.2) A gap was observed at the bottom corner of the emergency exit door at location WL345-350. Mouse droppings were also noted around the nearby mouse trap area, indicating possible entry and activity points.3) Pest control records for July and August were requested but not provided at the time of inspection. No recent documentation was available to confirm ongoing pest control services.Contact your pest control exterminator to assess and treat the affected areas.Seal all structural gaps, particularly around the emergency door and other potential entry points.Provide pest control service records for both July and August.During the inspection, no signs of mouse droppings were noted on the bottom shelf in aisle 59 behind the cat litter from previous complaint.
