It just has not yet been installed.- Issued closure order to close the pool until the suction outlet cover has been replaced.Educated operator that if a submerged suction outlet is broken (even minor damage), this presents a major entrapment hazard and the pool is to be immediately closed until the cover is appropriately replaced.
