      • 1. Permit to Operate - this requires permit fees
      • 2. Hand washing sink at the front service area. The sink is to be equipped with liquid soap, paper towel and hot & cold running water
      • 3. There must be one person on-site at all time with a valid foodsafe level 1 certificate
      • 4. Food safety plan & sanitation plan
      • 5. Dipper well for scoops
      • Corrective Action(s): Either install the requirement and submit the appropriate paperwork OR remove the scoop icecream unit.
      • Until health approval has been given by our office, the ice cream unit is not to be used.
