      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single serving creme cartons used for coffee are stored at room temperature and measured at 17C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard all creme cartons and store all creme cartons under ice or in a cooling unit that is holding an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. Ice pack is not an acceptable means to store creme cartons.

      • Corrective Action(s): Have paper towels available next to handsink to faciliate handwashing. Install paper towel dispenser. Operator place roll of paper towel next to handwash sink until the paper towel dispenser is installed.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 6 creamers stored at room temperature with ice pack already melted. This is a repeated violation.
      • Corrective Action(s): 6 creamers were discarded. Do NOT store creamer at room temperature. Creamers must be stored inside a functional cooler or immersed in ice. Ice pack is not a acceptable solution.

      • Corrective Action(s): Obtain an approved food surface sanitizer to clean and sanitize equipment such as cappuccino machine. Approved sanitizer include 100 ppm - 200 ppm bleach (1 teaspoon of bleach mixed with 1 liter of water) or 200 ppm quaternary ammonium. Correct by: May 24, 2019.
