- Observation: No sanitizer avaiable for hard surface disinfection. Currently using a non foodsafe product - general cleaner.
- Corrective Action(s): Get foodsafe sanitizer for the front as discussed. Re-inspection needed.

- Observation: Added reheated samosas to operation, which is ready to eat potentially hazardous foods to the operation. This changes operations to a food service establishment. This also means the facility must have a food safety plan for these new foods, and a minimum two compartment sink plus a handwash station is required.
- Corrective Action(s): Stop selling all reheated foods as discussed until such time that all the requirements of a Food Service Establishment are met. Contact this office for instructions on above process.
