      • Overdue since September 29, 2025.Backdoor weatherstripping was still in disrepair as a non-durable material, styrofoam was being used as weatherstripping. Action Required: Please repair or replace the rubber weatherstripping with one made of durable material e.g. hard rubber or metal to prevent entry of pests into the food establishment.Email PHI photo evidence of the corrective action immediately upon completion of repairs or new weatherstripping installation.

      • Six coolers onsite were not equipped with detachable thermometers. Please ensure all coolers have functional, detachable thermometers to monitor that they are maintaining 4C or lower to prevent food spoilage and maximize food safety.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chorine test strips were not available onsite at the time of inspection. Please have available Chlorine test strips, when in operation, to verify the concentration of your Chlorine sanitizer. Email PHI photo evidence of Chlorine test strips onsite.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?

      • An approved sanitizer was not readily available onsite at the time of inspection. Corrected during inspection. Coached Operator and employee onsite, on mixing 100ppm Bleach sanitizer.
