- No probe thermometer for checking reheating temperature of the meat pies (to be 74C/165F). Please obtain a probe thermometer.

- There is no min/max waterproof thermometer for checking the rinse temperature (at dish level) of the dishwasher. Please obtain a min/max waterproof thermometer to ensure are reaching at least 71C at dish level.There were no testing strips for checking the level of chlorine sanitizer. Please obtain chlorine testing strips.
- 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
- No owner/manager has taken a Provincial Food Safety Course. Please take course and provide copy of certificate.
