      • There is now only one sink in the mobile unit, instead of the two-compartment sink that was originally in the mobile unit when it was approved. There is now no two-compartment sink in the mobile unit for washing and sanitizing utensils. Two compartment sink to be installed with each compartment large enough to immerse the largest item/utensil that requires cleaning and sanitizing.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Food handling permit includes the condition "Restricted to the operation of a Type D Mobile Vending Unit." The vending unit no longer meets the requirements of a Type D Mobile Vending Unit due to modifications made to the unit. Are operating in contravention of food handling permit requirements.

      • Current food handling permit is not displayed. Need to display current food handling permit.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The 22 gallon/83L wastewater tank required for a Type D Mobile Unit was removed and replaced with one that is smaller (about 20L). Wastewater tank that will hold at least 22 gallons/83 L is required to be properly hooked up.
    • 24. Is solid and liquid waste being managed in a suitable manner?
      • The volume of the wastewater container is smaller than the volume of the potable water tank. The volume of the wastewater tank needs to be at least 10% larger than the volume of the potable water tank.There is also a gap around where the plumbing from the sink goes into the wastewater tank. When re-plumbed with properly-sized wastewater tank, ensure there is no gap.
    • 26. Have plans for construction or alteration of this facility been submitted for approval?
      • Modifications made to unit without providing plans for approval. Plans are required to be submitted for approval.
