      • Anti-entrapment plan to be updated. There is some incorrect information on the plan with regards to the flow rates. Drain covers may also have changed since the plan was written. When update, please use AHS template.

      • Water sample from Monday June 16th, 2025, had an HPC of 110 CFU/ml. - Operators were informed to treat and re-sample.

    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • The flow rate for the circulation pump and jet pump added up to 258gpm; the drain covers are only allowed a maximum flow of 224gpm. At time of inspection the flow rate for the jet pump was adjusted down to about 172gpm and the handle for the adjustment valve removed to prevent the flow rate being adjusted up as a temporary solution. However, a more permanent solution needed to prevent an entrapment hazard. Preferred option is drain covers that are each rated for a flow rate that is the total of the maximum flow rate the jet pump and the circulation pump can achieve on the system (>than about 258gpm).
