      • Sanitizer at 12ppm bleach solution. The solution was changed and 100ppm bleach solution achieved. Ensure that you monitor concentration to ensure effective sanitization.

      • Chlorine test trips have expired since 2022.Ensure you procure new test strips for sanitizer monitoring.

      • Fly traps were noted in the food prep area. Please ensure that fly traps are placed in non-food prep areas to prevent food contamination. This was removed and corrected during the inspection.
