    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Observed dead mouse in each of the bait station by the chest freezer and in the storage room. Maintenance staff was notified and sticky pad in the bait station replaced. Ensure pads are checked regularly for mice and as needed.

    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Observed a section of the baseboard in the storage room was removed. Principal mentioned that maintenance work was done in the space due to water leak. The contractor plan to replace the baseboard before the end of the week.Ensure all surfaces are smooth, cleanable, and in good repair.Send photo of the fix baseboard to the undersigned officer when repair is completed.
