- Corrective Action(s): 1) 200ppm bleach solution should be prepared and available for use throughout the day. The solution should be refreshed as required.

You do not have Fraser Health approval to prepare and sell rice, curries, stews, etc. You only have approval to reheat jamaican patties to sell at the front of the store. Correction order issued. - 2) Ensure that cardoard boxes are not kept on the floor, since rodents will chew on it and use it as nesting material.
