- Pre-portioned and frozen meals are donated to the school from George's Kitchen - an approved facility. However, there is currently no labelling besides a date on the pre-portioned contained.*** Please ensure all food items donated are properly labeled with a company name, description, ingredients and date produced. ***

- Pre-portioned and frozen meals are donated to the school from George's Kitchen without any documentation for accounting for and tracking items received.*** Please ensure records accounting for what is donated, the date of production and date of receipt are maintained. *** Frozen pre-portioned containers are removed from the freezer for service, and unserved containers are placed in the fridge to be available later.*** Please ensure that items removed from the freezer and not served immediately are dated with the date removed from the freezer, are stored at refrigerated temperatures and discarded within 3 days if not served. ***
