      • The food handling permit for this facility was not posted in a publicly visible area. Permit was moved into a publicly visible place during inspection.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The baseboard behind the kitchen line is improperly sealed, creating a gap that would be difficult to properly clean. A hole is present in the wall behind the kitchen line. Seal or cover noted areas to ensure they can be properly cleaned.

      • A wooden knife block was in use for utensil storage. This storage is unsuitable due to the difficulty in properly cleaning the untreated wood inserts.
