    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • A couple of trays of utensils as well as some utensils in these trays are noted to have buildup food debris. Ensure that the utensils and trays are cleaned and sanitized. Operator proceeded to clean the utensils and trays during the inspection.
