- Corrective Action(s): Purchase proper scrubbing brushes/J cloths to access hard to reach areas on the slicer.
- Ensure staff have been trained on how to properly clean and sanitize the slicer after use
- Cover slicer after it has been cleaned to protect surfaces from food splatter.
