     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A small amount of rodent droppings were present on the floor corner next to the refrigeration unit.
     • Corrective Action(s): Manager cleaned the above-noted area to remove the rodent droppings during the inspection. She informed the janitor would sanitize the area at a later time. Monitor for signs of pest activity and continue with pest control measures: closing the entrance/exit doors between use, sealing any potential entry points, maintaining the food premises in a clean condition, covering food in storage areas, and a pest control program to setup mechanical traps as needed.
