- Four spray features are continuously leaking and three floor fountains are leaking. Maintenance reports this will be repaired once the bladder seals are replaced. Parts were ordered on June 23, 2026.- Cement pad is stained green and brown from leaves and algae. - Tulips get plugged from pea gravel, preventing them from draining which contributes to stagnant water and bacterial growth.*Repair leaking features immediately when parts are received.*Maintain drains by removing leaves and twigs, daily. (Recommended prior to daily operation).*Ensure tulips are drained daily to prevent conditions of stagnant water. (Recommended prior to daily operation).*Consult with pool supplier for obtaining a product to clean the splash pad and remove algae stains. Increase frequency of cleaning to address the stains.
