     • The tilt skillet drain pipe is not lined up to the floor drain. Water is pooling on the floor instead of going into the floor drain. Pooling water will attract and harbor pests.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • Re-position the tilt skillet so the drain pipe directly flows into the floor drain. OR, install an extension/elbow pipe to the end of the drain pipe so it directs the water into the floor drain.
