      • *Observed that some of the shelving/ countertop edges are unfinished exposing the raw material which is pervious to moisture. -Have the surfaces cleaned and finished so that the surface is impervious to moisture and easily cleanable.

      • *Observed exhaust canopy has grease and requires increased cleaning schedule. -Ensure that the surfaces for the canopy are being more frequently cleaned as to not allow it to get to the point that grease is running down the vents or building up along the edges.

      • *Fan for the area was observed to have dust and grease buildup. - If the fan is to remain within the kitchen area it is expected to be maintained in a clean state. *Observed upholstered chair within the kitchen, which is not easily cleanable or impervious to moisture.
