      • Observation: Lighting has not been upgraded in the new food preparation area. Currently about 200 lux is present at the food preparation surface. A minimum of 540 lux is required.
      • Ceiling times have not been replaced in the new food preparation area
      • Both hand sink and food prep sink observed to have not been caulked in
      • Lighting has not been upgraded inside the walk in cooler. This was stated in report on March 12
      • Corrective Action(s): Increase lighting intensity as per plan review letter issued on March 2, 2026
      • Replace ceiling tiles above the new food preparation area as per inspection report issued on March 12, 2026.
      • Caulk in both sinks
      • Install additional lighting inside the walk in cooler at the half way point.
      • New food preparation area CANNOT BE USED until the above have been corrected. A follow up inspection will be required
