      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff informed that the ice cream scoops are cleaned at the end of day with coffee cleaner solution. Staff informed that the cold water where the in-use ice cream scoop are stored are emptied and filled with new cold water every half day or end of day.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ice cream scoops must be sanitized with approved sanitizer (e.g.: chlorine between 100-200ppm). Prepare chlorine sanitizer spray bottle to measure between 100-200ppm to sanitize food contact surfaces after cleaning of the ice cream scoops. In-use ice cream scoops in the ice water must be swapped out every hour not every half day or end of day.
