- Bowls without handles were observed to be stored in bulk food storage containers at the time of inspection. The meat slicer was observed to have some food debris near the blade/cracks. The operator had mentioned that the slicer has not been used for a while. Please ensure that appropriate utensils are used and stored in a manner that prevents the contamination of food. Please also ensure that food equipment is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

- An exposed outlet switchbox was observed to be partially filled with hardened foam at the time of inspection. Please ensure that all facility surfaces are maintained in a condition that is smooth, non-absorbent and easy-to-clean.
