    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • 1) Mouse droppings were observed in the following areas:Kitchen:a. Behind, beside, and below the chest freezer.b. Behind, beside, and below the stoves.c. Below the dishwasher and dishwashing sinks.d. On the floor in cupboards where wheeled platforms (dollies) are stored.Bar:a. Behind, beside, and below the cooler.b. Inside bottom cupboards.- Please clean and sanitize the above noted areas as well as other areas where mouse droppings are observed.2) There are several points of entry for pests including:a. Holes/gaps in the floors in the kitchen where plumbing is for the dishwasher and dishwashing sinks.b. Holes/gaps in the floors/walls/cupboards where plumbing comes out of.c. Exterior facing doors have gaps at the bottom where weather stripping does not seal.- Please ensure these areas are sealed/secured to prevent the potential entry of pests.

      • The chlorine sanitizer of the dishwasher was measured at 0 ppm chlorine. The chlorine sanitizer bottle was empty.- Please ensure there is chlorine sanitizer and ensure the dishwasher is able to reach 100 ppm chlorine at dish level.
