      • Clutter in front of the garage is STILL present
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove all extra cleaning chemicals under dishwasher -this is a very whettable area and should be mopped nightly.
      • Remove the clutter in front of the garage. Organize this area by placing more multi-level shelving units there

      • Corrective Action(s): Do not store foods directly touching garbage bags. Garbage bags are not food grade. Use food grade materials for containing foods.

      • Observation: Handsink next to 3-compartment wash sinks next to kettles is not secure
      • Corrective Action(s): Affix the handsink to the counter -seal the perimeter of the sink.

      • Observation: 3-compartment dishpit has been moved next to the garage. The drying racks have not been moved -washing dishes this way is not practical going back and forth the whole floor
      • In it's place there is a brokendown dishwasher
      • Both changes were not health approved
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not make structural changes without Health Approval
      • Submit the specification sheets of the dishwasher -must be commercial and NSF certified
      • You have one week to get the dishwasher up and running ready for testing or move back the dishpit to the original position
      • Operator to submit revised Floor Plans of the new layout
