- Some of the edges of the main food preparation table in the kitchen was in disrepair. The operator informed PHI there is work in progress to have all food preparation tables in the kitchen replaced/repaired. Ensure that the food preparation table is in good repair (the surface and edges are smooth, easily cleanable) before the next routine inspection.
