- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Four spray bottles designated for Quat sanitizer registered concentrations at 100ppm. Operator stated that they were last filled the previous night. All bottles contained amounts below the halfway mark. Using sanitizers at insufficient concentrations can lead to the survival of pathogens on food contact surfaces. This can cause them to multiply to levels that will make customers sick.
- Corrective Actions: All four spray bottles were replaced with new sanitizer that registered at 400ppm Quats. Please ensure the concentration stays between 200-900ppm Quats, and according to the manufacturer's label.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Hand sink in the beverage prep area was obstructed with equipment in sink. Hand was stations that are obstructed can lead employees not washing their hands at an adequate frequency Which can lead to soiled hands. Further food handling can contaminate foods going out to customers, causing food borne illness.
- Corrective Actions: Operator removed the equipment from hand sink. Please ensure all handsinks are clear from obstructions, and made accessible for frequent handwashing.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Container of baking soda observed to have handle of teaspoon submerged. Handles of measuring cups can lead to cross-contamination of dry ingredients, as it is a high touch surface, and can make customers sick.
