     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Front bar handwashing station blocked with an in sink air drying tray that has the espresso milk cup stored in it
     • 2) Papertowel located far into the corner of the table across the icebin beside the handsink
     • 3) Tray of mixing cups and stir sticks beside handsink basin
     • Corrective Action(s): 1) Do not block the handwashing station with food contact surfaces that would impede proper handwashing for staff and contamination of food contact surfaces from splashing of the water
     • 2) Move papertowel closer to handwashing station basin so that dripping wet hands do not contaminate the ice bin
     • 3) Move clean and sanitary equipment away from the handwashing basin
