      • Scoop observed in the ice in ther bar. This was removed and placed in a container at time of inspection

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat slicer observed with food debris affixed to both the blade and guard. Slicer was cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection

      • Corrective Action(s): Coolers must reach proper temperature before food is placed in them. Food transferred to alternate cooler during inspection.
