- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid soap in the dispenser at the kitchen handwashing sink was stuck and not being properly dispensed. Staff was advised to place a pump soap for now until the dispenser is cleaned.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw meat was placed above and beside vegetables in the glass sliding door cooler. Staff had moved the raw meat to the bottom shelf of another cooler.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have raw meat and seafood stored below and away from ready-to-eat food and vegetables to avoid contamination of food at all times.

- Corrective Action(s): 1) Discussed with operator, the blender used for smoothies must be properly sanitized every 4 hours or at least at the end of the day. The surface must be in contact with the bleach solution for at least 2 minutes before allowing to air dry.

- Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize as per your sanitation plan. Vent hood filters should be removed for cleaning and sanitizing once a week. A deep clean should occur approx. every quarter depending on usage.

Dishwasher to be used to wash/rinse the dishes and one compartment of two compartment rinse sink (which is separate from the hand sinks and food prep sink) to be used to manually sanitize. Ensure 100ppm chlorine sanitizer is made up and a contact time of 2 minutes is obtained. Operator called dishwasher technician at time of inspection. Dishwasher technician will be on site tomorrow morning. Follow up inspection will be conducted tomorrow afternoon.
