      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
      • - Surface sanitizer in a spray bottle measured at 50 ppm QUATS.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Fresh solution was made and measured at 200 ppm QUATS. (Mix 1/2 capful of QUATS to water filled to the top in a spray bottle).
      • - Discard any expired sanitizer solution.
      • - Recommend purchasing QUATS test strips to monitor the concentration of the sanitizer.

      • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
      • - Hand soap was missing at a handwashing sink in the kitchen (both unit).
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Placed liquid hand soap at the sinks.
      • - Do not use dishsoap to wash hands.
