Correction:- Water sample was collected from the kitchen tap by the student Public Health Inspector during the inspection.- Educated the staff about the importance of water sample testing from a cistern.- Educated the process of collecting water sample from the kitchen tap.- Provided additional water sample collection kit to the operator for next sampling.

      • The dishwashing sinks in the facility's kitchen were not easily accessible due to the storage of cleaning equipment and food containers at the dishwashing area and drying ledge. Ensure that the dishwashing area is maintained in a clean and organized state to allow for the facility's reusable food equipment to be properly, washed, rinsed, sanitized and air-dried before being returned to service.
