      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tapioca pearls were not discarded after time tracking hours had passed. On the container it was labelled 11am-3pm but the pearls were not discarded after 3 pm.
      • Corrective Action(s): Tapioca pearls were discarded by the operator. Ensure to properly follow time track on tapioca pearls.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two pail of bleach sanitizer were measured with concentration of 0 ppm.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator refilled the sanitizer pails with 100 ppm bleach sanitizer. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces at the front service area. Ensure to obtain chlorine test strips to verify the concentration on site.

      • Observation: Two preparation sink at the front service area showed sign of leaking. Plastic container were left under the p-trap to collect the leaking waste water.
      • Corrective Action(s): Service the drainage piping for aforementioned sinks to repair the leaks. Correct by: June 6, 2025.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tapioca pearls were not time tracked at the time and were stored under ambient room temperature.
      • Corrective Action(s): Tapioca pearls must be time tracked properly and discarded every 4 hours when stored under ambient room temperature. Records of the time tracking must be available for review.

      • Corrective Action(s): Do not stored any objects in front of hand washing station. Hand washing station must be free of obstruction and readily available to facilitate hand washing.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff prepared drinks and did not properly wash hands after service at the cash register.
      • Corrective Action(s): After service at the cash register, staff must wash their hands properly before switching to any drink preparation.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [REPEAT VIOLATION] Hand washing station located in back preparation area next to ice machine is observed obstructed with a step stool and not supplied with paper towel during inspection. Staff placed napkins at the hand washing station and removed the step stool from this area.
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not store any items in front of the hand washing station to ensure the hand sink is easily accessible to staff. Maintain designated hand washing stations with paper towel, hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to promote proper hand washing by staff.
