- Pots/utensils left in sink were not completely clean and there was some water within them.Pots/untensil need to cleaned prior to leaving. You do not leave them in water or have any water within them. Since if there is bacteria there you amplify their multiplication.
- 24. Is solid and liquid waste being managed in a suitable manner?
- The garbage from the last time the concession was in operation was in a bag within the garbage can but it was not tied & covered with the lid.For pest control reasons garbage must be secured at the end of the shift.
