- AT time of this visit operators had test strips available for Verifying QUAT based sanitizer. Request that mobile operators contact their local area inspector pertaining to outstanding violation issue noted below:- Chlorine was available for manual dishwashing.Chlorine test strips could not be located during in the inspection.Ensure chlorine test strips capable of measuring 100-200 ppm are available for verifying sanitizer concentration. Verify sanitizer concentration with a test strip each time a solution is prepared.Inspector left a few test strips onsite with operator.
