- The sanitizer solution was not prepared upon arrival of inspector. Please ensure that surfaces are sanitized prior to starting work and as needed.Please train staff to prepare a sanitizer solution and wipe down surfaces prior to starting work.

- - Some foods are uncovered in the walkin cooler and freezer.- a roll of plastic wrap was sitting on the counter where Rod chicken was being broken down. This can lead to cross contamination. Please remove all unrelated items while handling raw meats.- a staff member‘s cup was sitting on a cutting board. Please keep on staff dishes away from food. Please ensure that wash hands after eating or drinking.
