      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foods (corn dog, chicken tenders, samosa) in hot holding probed at ~45C to 55C. Foods were placed in the unit 1.5 hours ago
      • Corrective Action(s): Hot holding unit was turned up during the inspection. Unit measured at 60C. Staff will dicard any unsold chicken tenders in the next 30 minutes. Ensure hot holding temperatures are closely monitored, specifically the front center and left hot holding areas.
