      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cup of creamer stored in the display cooler measured 16C. Potentially hazardous foods were discarded infront of inspector

      • Observation: Display cooler is providing an error message. Temperature gauge measures approximately 11C-15C. Manager was on site and had already called for a service as the machine was not functioning the day before
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure refrigeration measures 4C or less. Inspector will need to verify this equipment before potentially hazardous foods can be stored in this display cooler. Store creamers and milk for hot coffee in the functioning walk in cooler.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Milk and creamer stored in thermos measured above 40F. Creamer was poured into a plastic cup and with a probe thermometer measured 56F. These were filled at approximately 8:00am today and are typically changed when they are empty according to staff
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard creamer and milk. Clean and sanitize thermos according to the 2 compartment sink method.
