- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Display cooler is measured to be 4.8oC (air temperature). Food internal temperature is measured at 5.8oC. Facility's temperautre log indicated temperature constantly over 40oF/4oC, but no corrective action appeared to be done.
- Corrective Action(s): Discard all potentially hazardous foods in display cooler, and do not store any potentially hazardous food until cooler is repaired.

This has already been indicated in two consecutive routine inspection. Dishwashing area must be free of items. Another option is to remove coffee brewers so that no items require cleaning and sanitizing.

- - Miscellaneous items stored in 2-compartment sink in back storage room making it not available for equipment washing and sanitizing purposes.
- Corrective Action(s): - Obtain chlorine bleach to make 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution. (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water).
