      • Corrective Action(s): Provided operator with 2-compartment Manual Wash sign -follow the sign as directed:
      • wash with soap --> rinse thoroughly --> sanitize with bleach (1/2 teaspoon bleach + 1 liter water) as per sign provided --> post at 2 compartment sink
      • Operator to obtain at least 1 plug to adequately dishwash ware --> need to verify (email)

      • 2. Food storage in the back area next motor oil and cleaning chemicals
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Install a check valve / backflow preventer before the hose attachment to protect the water supply otherwise disconnect the hose (provided example picture to operator)
      • 2. Do not store foods next to or under cleaning chemical products.
      • Recommend placing foods on one side of the back area and the chemical cleaner / automotive products on the other side

      • NOTE: thermostat was set at 2 of 6 (6 being coldest)
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard milk and cream
      • Operator adjusted thermostat to 4 and placed thermometer there
      • Add this fridge to your daily log checks (was not part of the checking schedule)
