      • Corrective Action(s): Move the rack or place a cover to block water from splashing directly onto take out boxes when performing hand washing. Operator placed clear cover onto the rack to prevent water from handwash station from splashing onto the containers.

      • Corrective Action(s): Discard all opened sauces in large containers into the garbage. Operator indicated that these sauces are no longer being used. All new inventory are from approved supplier with no requirement to store in refrigeration after opening. Operator discarded all opened containers sitting at room temperature

      • (2) Open bag of sugar observed on the ground in the dry storage room.
      • (3) Food (eg. seasoning boxes, oil) stored on the floor in the dry storage room.
      • (3) Cleaning products (Mr. Clean) stored next to food in the dry storage.
      • Corrective Action(s): (1) Store personal food away foods served to the public to prevent contamination.

      • (2) Store opened bags of dry ingredients in pest proof containers. Operator stated the pest proof container is on order and will arrive in a week. In the meantime, seal open bag of sugar and store off the floor.

      • Remove the bottle from use.
      • Operator mixed bleach solution in a bucket, tested >100ppm chlorine. Thank you.
