- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink in the main prep area was missing a liquid soap and paper towels. A liquid pump soap and napkins placed at the station as a temporary measure.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff on site at the time of inspection could not properly describe the 3 compartment manual warewashing method. Staff were rinsing in the 1st compartment, washing in the 2nd compartment, and sanitizing and rinsing again in the 3rd compartment.
- Corrective Action(s): Signage for manual warewashing was provided in different languages to aid staff. Follow the 4 step method as per signage:
- 1) Wash with detergent in sink 1
- 2) Rinse with clean water in sink 2
- 3) Sanitize with bleach solution in sink 3
