- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Discussed dishwashing procedures with staff on duty. They did not know what sanitizer to use for manual warewashing or how to prepare the solution.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff must be properly trained on manual dishwashing procedures. Dishes must be washed, rinsed and sanitized prior to airdrying.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar soap noted at the front hand sink. Cloths towels are being used for drying hands at the washroom sink and front hand sink.
- Corrective Action(s): Remove the bar soap from the premises. This was mentioned on the last inspection report as well. Remove cloth towels from the premises. Use single-use towels to wipe hands.

- Observation: There is no temperature log for October. Logs for the past few months were onsite. Staff on duty did not know anything about temperature logs.
