- 5/11. There were several diaper change tables with safety belts that were too short and could not be used to secure children while diapering. Ensure all elevated diaper change tables are provided with long enough safety belts to ensure children are being secured.

- 5/11. There was a wooden board installed on the wall in the pink room. The board was not properly sanded/finished and there were pieces of wood that could be a splinter hazard for children. Re-sand/re-finish the board.

These sinks were noted to contain bibs and were also being used for recreational activities, indicating that they are designated for purposes other than hand hygiene.Staff have been advised to refrain from using these sinks for hand washing, especially after diapering procedures. Staff changed the sanitizing solution to chlorine sanitizing solution.Ensure that chlorine sanitizing solution is consistently used in diapering areas, as quats are not effective against norovirus.

- Rooms had no sanitizer and sanitizer bottle was either empty or damaged. Bleach solution of 1000 ppm was prepared during inspection for all the rooms.Ensure fresh sanitizer (1000 ppm bleach solution) is prepared daily for each room. All environmental surfaces should be sanitized frequently or as needed.

- High touch surfaces are not sanitized at least 3 times a day and daily disinfectant logs are not kept.Ensure all high touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches etc. are sanitized at least 3 times a day. Keep daily disinfection logs as well.
