      • Some materials are stored on floor in dry food storage area. Operator is advised to store all materials on shelves at least 6 inches above the floor and ensure floor under them can be maintained clean and monitored for insect/ pest activity.

      • Cleaning cloth is sitting at the preparation table counter. The cloth is discarded by staff member during inspection. Please ensure that after wiping the surface with cleaning cloth, place the cloth directly in the bucket having sanitizer solution.

      • The temperature of the display cooler is measured to be 8°C. Please ensure that the temperature of display cooler is maintained at 4°C or less.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Inside the dishwashing machine, some tomato slices and other food leftovers are noticed. Please ensure that the dishwasher is cleaned from inside.
