      • Splashguard protection was missing between the food warmer and the hand sink. The inserts had notched lids and were immediately adjacent to the hand sink.Install a washable splashguard.

      • Pickled asparagus was stored next to the bar hand sink.Pickled asparagus was moved away from the hand sink. A splashguard is required if there is open food or equipment/ utensil storage within 18 inches of the hand sink.

      • 1) A bowl of salad was stored over a top insert container in the line cooler. Salad measured 8.6C.Salad was voluntarily discarded. Store perishable foods at 4C or less under refrigeration.2) Margarine and whipped salted butter were stored without temperature control. Internal temperatures measured 14.7C and 22C respectively. The storage instruction on both products indicated that refrigeration is required.Margarine and butter were discarded. Store perishable foods at 4C or less or at 60C or higher.
