      • Temperature of one of the freezers is recorded 6 degrees Celsius. Temperature of the high-risk food is recorded -2 degrees Celsius. Operator is advised not store high-risk food in this freezer until this freezer is repaired.

      • Concentration of sanitizer solution for wiping cloths is recorded nil. Operator prepared fresh sanitizer solution at the time of inspection. Operator is advised to monitor the concentration of the sanitizer solution.
    • 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
      • Shift supervisor has long hairs, not contained with a hair net. Operator is advised to always wear a hairnet to keep the hairs contained. Shift supervisor put a hairnet on his hairs at the time of inspection.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Ramon Lubrin, shift supervisor indicated that dish washer is out of order and a technician is already called for repair. None of the employees could clearly demonstrated how the dishes will be washed while dishwasher is in disrepair. Ramon Lubrin, Gene Caro and Helina Pillay indicated that they do not have food safe training. Jacob Pratt indicated that he has food safe training. Jacob is advised to provide EPH a copy of proof for training. Operator agreed to close the facility voluntarily until the dishwasher is repaired.
